No one has to say anything about us. What we represent speaks for itself. Something is “significant” when people are talking about it. Good or bad, the continued attention is noticed. That is what we mean when, “Telling is Telling” is said.  What we represent here is based on knowledge. That isn’t the only story.

At another level, “telling” is attributed to something controversial.  Many say that telling is unacceptable on all levels. Law enforcement agencies pay attention to all forms of telling. The rules concerning “telling,” “talking,” “informing,” and “cooperating” are being discussed everywhere, with everyone having an opinion about what is ‘right vs. wrong.’  ‘Telling is Telling’ acknowledges the fact that people are participating in the conversation.
